Progress Reports on Implementation of Strategic Plan 2007-2012. Rockhurst implements its five-year strategic plan using annual "Planning, Budgeting and Accountability [PBA] Cycles orchestrated by the University Planning and Budgeting Committee [UPBC].
Each year during August and September, the UPBC approves "Academic Year Objectives" under each of the university's eighteen Strategic Directions.
The end-of-year reports attached immediately below identify progress made in achieving AY Objectives for the year just concluded. They are compiled by the UPBC and endorsed by the President before use during the June Board of Trustees meeting. Annual reports are also shared with the entire university community to convey progress toward our shared vision, and to assist committees and organizations in objective-setting for the next academic year.
