Key Performance Indicators of Rockhurst University Institutional Effectiveness

An essential element of managing strategically at Rockhurst University is the use of Key Performance Indicators [KPI] to ensure data-driven decision-making, and to measure institutional effectiveness.

Key Performance Indicators provide members of the Rockhurst community with evidence for celebrating achievement, communicating progress, and measuring the degree to which we deliver on our commitment to transform lives and form leaders in the Jesuit tradition.

The President’s Monthly Report

Each month, the President provides a snapshot of the university's "data dashboard" to members of the Board of Trustees. These reports compare the university’s finances, enrollment, and advancement for the year-to-date with our performance in each area at this same time last year, and the year before that.

Here are Monthly Reports since Father Tom began sending them in October 2008.
